Join our team as a Customer Success Manager – Supply Chain SaaS at RELEX Solutions. We’re looking for a committed professional to build strong customer relationships, drive NPS improvement, and generate incremental SaaS revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain a deep understanding of customer operations, measuring satisfaction and proactively addressing challenges.
Consult with customers to identify opportunities to optimize processes and increase sales, reduce costs, and maximize operational efficiency.
Monitor key performance metrics and take actions to improve them.
Facilitate recurring steering meetings to align customers’ business strategies with RELEX roadmap.
Collaborate with the Service Delivery Manager to plan and coordinate version upgrades.
Manage solution improvements and work directly with the RELEX Value Development team.
Provide thought leadership, innovate, and challenge business strategy with customers.
Serve as the primary escalation point for business operations and secondary for IT.
Perform administrative functions such as reporting and invoicing billable activities.
Qualifications
Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in SaaS Customer Success Management, IT Service Management, Management Consulting, Supply Chain Management, or Account Management.
2+ years of commercial experience in SaaS as a provider or customer.
4+ years of leadership experience in supply chain, pricing, and/or merchandising.
Full customer responsibility, developing customer accounts, managing development roadmaps, and pursuing cross‑sell and upsell opportunities.
Process and software solution experience in demand planning, forecasting, replenishment, space planning, assortment, merchandising, and retail/CPG.
Experience working with Tier 1 retailers preferred.
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain Engineering, or related field.
