IS Applications Analyst 3 - Developer

This position is for a developer to work with the CAL program and other related system integrations within the ITS Department and Enterprise Applications division.
ITS is a 24x7 information technology shop. Applicants must be willing and available to perform duties as required by the job, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
Creates well‑designed, testable, efficient code.
Participates in all phases of the development lifecycle.
Designs and develops enterprise‑level systems with high availability and performance using C#, Blazor, MVC, and Vue.js.
Supports and maintains legacy applications using AngularJS, ASP.NET, C#, SQL and various other technologies.
Designs or modifies custom SQL scripts and stored procedures on SQL Server.
Creates documentation for future reference, training, and support purposes.
Qualifications
Four (4) years of experience developing software applications in an enterprise‑level production environment using Crystal Reports, .NET Framework 4.8, .NET Core, Blazor, MVC, Vue.js, AngularJS, ASP.NET, and C# 5.0 or higher.
Strong experience creating and modifying Crystal Reports using SQL and stored procedures.
Windows Server management experience.
Experience working with IIS.
Experience creating Azure build pipelines and other DevOps functionality.
Comprehensive SQL Server development experience (stored procedures, stored functions).
Candidates with accreditations earned in a foreign institute are encouraged to apply.
Candidate must receive and maintain a passing status from Metro Nashville Police Department (MNPD) background check.
Per Metro Ordinance No. SO94-1078, all employees of the Metropolitan Government must be residents of the State of Tennessee or become residents within six (6) months of employment.
