Job Description
Join a dynamic Retail Studio in Seattle as an Intermediate Architectural Staff member. This role is perfect for individuals who excel in collaborative environments and are dedicated to producing high‑quality construction documents in a fast‑paced setting. You will be part of a supportive team, making an immediate impact while focusing on detail‑oriented design execution.
Pay Pay:
$29.00 – $36.00 per hour
Schedule Schedule:
Hybrid – Monday through Thursday in‑office, Friday hybrid
Location Location:
Seattle, WA
Responsibilities
Produce full sets of construction documents, including plans, elevations, sections, and details
Apply building codes and technical detailing to design projects
Coordinate with consultants and internal teams to ensure project success
Utilize Revit, AutoCAD, and other design tools effectively
Support site planning, material selection, and cost estimating processes
Engage in light project management and client interaction when necessary
Qualifications
Proficient in Revit for detailed, code‑compliant construction documentation
Strong understanding of building codes and technical coordination
Experience with retail projects and construction documentation
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to meet deadlines and contribute to team success
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with high‑volume retail rollout projects (food & beverage preferred)
Ability to mentor junior staff and support team coordination
Comfortable engaging with clients and supporting project communication
Familiarity with AutoCAD, architecture production workflows, and construction administration
