We are looking for an Intermediate Architectural Staff member to join our Retail Studio in Seattle. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about producing high‑quality construction documents in a fast‑paced setting. You will be part of a supportive team where your contributions can make an immediate impact.
Responsibilities
Produce full sets of construction documents, including plans, elevations, sections, and details.
Apply building codes and technical detailing to projects.
Coordinate with consultants and internal teams effectively.
Utilize Revit, AutoCAD, and other design tools proficiently.
Support site planning, material selection, and cost estimating.
Engage in light project management and client interactions as needed.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in producing detailed, code‑compliant drawing sets using Revit.
Skilled in consultant coordination and applying building codes and standards.
Clear communication skills for effective team collaboration and meeting deadlines.
Experience with drafting, construction drawings, and construction documentation.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with high‑volume retail rollout projects, with a preference for food & beverage.
Ability to lead junior staff and contribute to team coordination.
Comfortable with supporting client interactions.
Familiarity with AutoCAD and retail production.
