Base Pay Range $140,000.00 – $155,000.00 per year

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum 15+ years overall experience with 8+ years functional experience supporting SAP FI/CO modules.

Proven team leadership and client relationship management.

Prior experience executing SAP projects in the retail domain.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

In-depth understanding of financial processes, reporting, and accounting principles.

Excellent communication skills with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end SAP FI/CO engagements.

Gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure best practices.

Provide functional expertise and guidance to project teams.

Manage and mentor team members, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.

Act as primary client point of contact, ensuring clear communication and timely issue resolution.

Oversee SAP configuration for GL, A/R, A/P, Asset Accounting, Cost Center, and design end-to-end financial processes.

Develop functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams for customizations.

Create and maintain financial reporting and analysis within SAP.

Provide training and support to end-users on SAP FI/CO functionality.
