Were looking for an experienced
MRI Technologist
to join a collaborative healthcare team in
Boston, MA
for a
3-month contract role . If you have a passion for delivering high-quality imaging and ensuring exceptional patient care, this could be a great fit.
What You'll Be Doing: Performing accurate and high-quality MRI scans in a clinical setting.
Reviewing patient histories and screening for safety concerns (e.g. pacemakers, metal implants).
Explaining procedures and helping patients feel comfortable and relaxed.
Administering contrast agents when needed and following all safety protocols.
Working closely with physicians and radiologists to ensure precise imaging.
Monitoring and maintaining MRI equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Assisting with onboarding and mentoring of junior MRI staff.
Keeping detailed documentation of findings and reporting any issues or abnormalities.
What We’re Looking For:
ARRT certification (MRI or Radiologic Technology)
BLS certification (required)
Previous experience operating MRI equipment in a hospital or clinic setting
Strong knowledge of MRI safety protocols and procedures
Clear communication skills and a compassionate, patient-first approach
Attention to detail and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
ARMRIT certification
Advanced or specialized MRI training
Experience in high-volume or emergency settings
