Key Responsibilities

Launch High‑Impact Technology Products – Take full ownership of complex product lines including inventory analytics, back‑room operations, and AI‑driven forecasting tools. Deliver scalable solutions that reduce friction and drive automation in physical environments. By Day 180 you will have launched multiple features, secured alignment across leadership, and shown measurable improvements in roadmap execution.

Master and Shape the Product Roadmap Within 60 Days – Within the first 30 days you’ll immerse in product performance, visit clubs, and conduct firsthand assessments. By Day 60 you’ll lead roadmap prioritization and articulate delivery strategies tied to customer and business impact.

Drive Iterative Learning and Outcome‑Focused Execution – Close the testing‑to‑iteration gap by embedding rapid experimentation and validation loops into the product lifecycle. Evangelize measurable impact and connect every feature to clear metrics.

Transform Emerging Tech into Scalable Value – Operationalize advanced technologies such as robotics, computer vision, and predictive modeling. Evaluate feasibility, pilot designs, and scale adoption across locations.

Influence Through Leadership, Insight, and Stakeholder Trust – Mentor product team members and build strong relationships across technical, business, and field teams. Guide stakeholders with data‑backed stories and a consultative mindset.

Champion Responsible Use of AI – Evaluate generative AI, machine learning, and automation tools across roadmap planning, customer research, and prioritization decisions.

Required Qualifications

Proven ability to launch enterprise‑scale technology products, ideally in AI/ML, automation, or physical retail.

Strong analytical fluency and ability to tell data‑backed stories.

Track record of driving outcomes with measurable metrics.

Experience closing the testing‑to‑iteration gap with cross‑functional teams.

Deep familiarity with modern product management frameworks (MVP, Scrum, Lean Startup).

Strong stakeholder influence and clear executive communication.

Natural leadership presence – coaching, mentoring, and building trust.

Enthusiasm for emerging tech like robotics, computer vision, and cloud platforms.

Mindset tuned to translating complex systems into simple customer value.

Curiosity, resilience, and a passion for solving hardest product problems.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field and 11 years’ experience in product management, **or** 13 years’ experience in product management or related area.

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field and 10 years’ experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer‑facing, large‑scale, highly complex B2B/C products.

Supervisory experience.

Background in creating inclusive digital experiences, knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility.

Salary and Compensation Base pay range: $130,000.00 – $260,000.00 per year. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses and, for certain positions, Regional Pay Zone adjustments based on location.
