Position Overview
We are seeking a hands‑on AI/ML Engineer & Architect with strong technical expertise in building and integrating AI/ML solutions within enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will combine engineering depth with architectural understanding—capable of fine‑tuning models, designing intelligent workflows, and integrating AI capabilities into existing business applications.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy
AI/ML workflows
integrated with core business applications.
Perform
fine‑tuning of machine learning models
and support the creation of reusable, scalable AI solutions.
Implement
AI‑driven architectures
leveraging
AWS cloud services
such as Lambda, RDS, SageMaker, and Bedrock.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to identify AI use cases and deliver production‑ready solutions.
Develop and manage
end‑to‑end MLOps pipelines
and automation for data ingestion, model training, and deployment.
Evaluate and integrate
pre‑trained and third‑party models
into enterprise systems to enhance automation and intelligence.
Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance on best practices for AI/ML implementation and architecture.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in
Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
(Master’s preferred or equivalent experience).
10+ years
of progressive, hands‑on experience in application development and engineering.
5–6 years
of experience in solution architecture, systems engineering, or AI‑related disciplines.
Proven experience leading technical teams and delivering enterprise‑scale AI/ML projects.
Minimum
5 years
of experience with cloud platforms ( AWS or Azure ).
Familiarity with architecture principles and frameworks such as
TOGAF
is a plus.
AWS AI/ML Professional Certification
is highly desirable.
Required Technical Skills
Proven track record of implementing
machine learning and AI solutions
in production environments.
Strong experience with
AWS services
(Lambda, SageMaker, Bedrock, RDS, API Gateway, etc.).
Solid programming skills in
Python, Spark, or R .Understanding of
AI services for speech, vision, and text , including generative AI.
Deep knowledge of
machine learning algorithms, data pipelines, and statistical modeling .
Expertise in
MLOps/DataOps lifecycles, deployment, and monitoring .
Experience integrating AI models into enterprise
applications and APIs .
Soft Skills
Excellent
written and verbal communication
skills; ability to translate complex ideas into clear, concise messages.
Strong
collaboration and interpersonal
skills—able to work effectively with cross‑functional teams.
Demonstrated ability to
