Responsibilities
Develop and implement supply chain strategies to support prototype builds, pilot production, and full-scale reactor manufacturing.
Lead supplier sourcing, qualification, and contract negotiation for critical components, materials, and services.
Establish and maintain supplier performance metrics related to quality, cost, delivery, and compliance.
Collaborate with engineering and procurement teams to align technical specifications with supplier capabilities.
Oversee logistics, inventory management, and material planning to ensure timely project execution.
Build and manage relationships with domestic and international vendors, ensuring compliance with export control (10 CFR 110/810) and ASME/NQA-1 quality standards.
Develop and maintain the company’s approved supplier list (ASL) and vendor database.
Partner with Finance and Operations to forecast material requirements and manage procurement budgets.
Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including single-source dependencies and geopolitical vulnerabilities.
Implement process improvements and digital tools to enhance visibility, traceability, and efficiency across the supply chain.
Support long-term manufacturing planning for Hadron’s modular reactor production facilities and field deployment logistics.
Qualifications & Skillsets
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics management, preferably within energy, manufacturing, aerospace, or nuclear industries.
Proven experience developing and managing complex, multi-tier supply chains for technical or regulated products.
Strong understanding of procurement processes, vendor management, and logistics optimization.
Knowledge of ASME/NQA-1, ISO 9001, and DOE/NRC quality and compliance standards.
Experience using ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or equivalent) for planning and tracking materials.
Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage supplier relationships and resolve issues in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with export control regulations and supplier cybersecurity compliance.
Outstanding communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
Passion for building efficient, resilient, and sustainable supply chains that enable the future of clean energy.
