Position Overview The Vice President of Club Volo Facility & Hospital Management is a key executive leadership role responsible for the strategy, execution, and profitable growth of our “Club Volo” sport & experiential facility complexes. With a current Club Volo facility network spanning 4 markets and 8 active Club Volo facilities, our portfolio continues to expand, with several new strategic development opportunities in pipeline or active development. In addition to network expansion, the recent launch of our experiential Club Volo format, which includes full F&B operations and the activation of large corporate events, TV-watch, and other private parties, showcases our desire to consistently seek out new product opportunities to meet the demands of our 200,000+ annual players.

This leader will oversee the entire lifecycle of our Club Volo venue portfolio, including site selection, lease negotiation, collaboration on development with our construction team, and full operational management and control. Responsibilities will include full ownership over the Club Volo P&Ls, nationally, and management of a team of local Venue General Managers who help support day to day facility operations. The ideal candidate is an entrepreneurial and seasoned operator with a proven track record in multi-unit venue management within the hospitality, fitness, or entertainment sectors.

Key Responsibilities Club Volo Real Estate Strategy & Portfolio Management

Develop and execute a national Club Volo strategy for the expansion of Club Volo venues in new and existing markets.

Lead site selection, conduct market analysis and due diligence, and build the business case for new locations, including estimated investment payback and ROI.

Partner with Chief Commercial Officer and drive strategic direction for the Club Volo brand, experience, and operational standards across customer services, facility maintenance, food & beverage (as applicable), and event management.

Lead negotiation on all Club Volo real estate transactions, including letters of intent (LOIs) and lease agreements for Club Volo venues, in collaboration with the CFO and Head of Construction.

Manage the Club Volo portfolio, including lease renewals, relocations, and tenant-landlord relations.

Club Volo Operations & Management

Assume full P&L responsibility for all Club Volo locations, driving revenue growth and profitability.

Establish operational standards of excellence for venue management, including staffing, customer service, safety, and facility maintenance.

Partner with marketing and sales teams to develop and implement strategies that drive membership, event bookings, and brand awareness for Club Volo.

Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing team of regional and venue managers.

Financial & Revenue Management

Own and manage the Club Volo P&L, nationally, driving growth, profitability and long‑term financial sustainability across our Club Volo facility footprint.

Lead revenue‑generating initiatives including sports programming, tournaments, daily play, 3rd party events, loyalty / membership, sponsorships, and F&B operations across Club Volo operations.

Build national Club Volo pricing strategies, promotional plans, and execute on partnership opportunities to maximize facility utilization and court / field capacity yield.

Regularly analyze financial results, KPIs, and market trends to identify growth and cost optimization opportunities.

Optimize revenue per court and event space, maximizing venue utilization through traditional sports and non‑traditional events such as birthdays, corporate events, local markets, etc.

Sales, Site Activation, and Business Development / Partnerships

Build and execute a market‑specific activation plan in conjunction with the marketing and local market sports operations team to create buzz, build community, and maximize venue utilization.

Drive top‑line revenue through tournaments (youth, adult and corporate), group and individual rental bookings, memberships, events, sponsorships and partnerships.

Cultivate strong relationships with national and local businesses, sponsors, vendors, and community partners to drive engagement, improve customer experience, and drive revenue.

Collaborate with Volo’s B2B corporate events team to support lead generation, event sales, and corporate partnership opportunities at Club Volo venues.

Lead negotiations with facility vendors, sponsors, event organizers, and service providers.

Actively seek out new business lines or enhancements to existing offerings to position the Club Volo brand as a market leader in sports hospitality.

Leadership & Strategic Growth

Serve as a key member of the executive team, contributing to the overall strategic direction of the company.

Develop and present financial models, performance reports, and strategic plans to the CFO and board of directors.

Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement across the Club Volo business unit.

Construction & Development

Collaborate with the construction team to deliver on all aspects of new venue construction and renovation projects, from design and permitting to build‑out and turnover.

Help manage relationships with external partners, including architects, general contractors, engineers, and vendors.

Manage project timelines and capital expenditure budgets to ensure new locations are opened on time and within budget.

Qualifications MUST-HAVES

10-15+ years of progressive leadership experience in a relevant field, such as multi‑unit retail, fitness, hospitality, or “eatertainment.”

At least 5+ years of senior management experience with full P&L responsibility for multiple locations.

Proven experience in real estate development, successful site selection, lease negotiation, and construction project management.

Deep understanding of venue operations, including guest experience, staffing models, and facilities management.

Strong financial acumen with experience developing and managing complex capital and operating budgets.

Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and scale high‑performing teams across multiple locations.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and executive presentation skills.
