IT Procurement Specialist

Assist with sourcing, evaluating, and procuring IT hardware, software, and related services.
Support vendor management activities, including communications, contract tracking, and performance monitoring.
Help maintain procurement records, documentation, and data integrity across systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align purchasing decisions with organizational requirements.
Contribute to process improvements and cost optimization initiatives within IT procurement operations.
Perform analysis and reporting to support strategic purchasing decisions.
Qualifications Background in business, supply chain, IT, or a related field. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Familiarity with procurement systems, vendor management, or IT asset management is a plus.
