Job Summary We have an immediate need for a Litigation Counsel at a leading law firm in Seattle. This is a full‑time direct‑hire opportunity that offers an excellent salary and benefits package.
Responsibilities • Lead complex litigation cases independently from inception to resolution, including research, drafting, deposition, oral argument, and trial activities.
• Manage and develop trial teams, providing hands‑on leadership and guidance.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, counsel, and external partners to strategize and execute litigation strategy.
Qualifications
Juris Doctorate (JD) required.
Licensed to practice in Washington; Oregon license a plus.
7–12 years of litigation experience.
Strong research, writing, and academic record.
Experience in insurance bad faith, coverage litigation, and complex commercial litigation preferred.
Ability to independently run a case from start to finish with no oversight.
Extensive deposition, oral argument, and trial experience preferred.
Extensive first‑chair experience as a hands‑on leader preferred.
Federal and state court experience preferred.
Some portable business is a plus, but not required.
