Position : Talent Acquisition Partner
Salary Range : $70,000 - $100,000
Location : Waltham, Boston, MA (Min 3 days per week onsite)
Job Overview Pharmaron, a global CRO, is seeking a proactive, detail‑oriented Talent Acquisition Partner to lead end‑to‑end recruitment, develop sourcing strategies, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
Roles & Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers to identify current and future personnel needs.
Lead the recruitment process from role definition through successful hire.
Enhance the selection process and standards by supporting and training hiring managers.
Suggest innovative ideas to attract highly talented people from diverse backgrounds and improve recruitment processes.
Lead and support the HR Recruitment team with recruitment and onboarding activities.
Actively recruit desired talent directly.
Calculate recruiting KPIs (e.g., time‑to‑hire and time‑to‑fill).
Own the candidate experience and continually improve brand reputation.
Qualification & Experience
BSc degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
Degree and/or PhD in Chemistry or a relevant scientific discipline desirable.
7+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 3 years as an internal recruiter.
Successful placement of science candidates in the pharmaceutical/life sciences sector.
Hands‑on experience with candidate sourcing and interviewing.
Experience working in a fast‑paced environment.
Experience mapping and improving processes and systems.
Graduate recruitment experience is an advantage.
Knowledge & Skills
Full cycle recruiting understanding.
Proficiency with recruiting search tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
Familiarity with online job‑search websites, Applicant Tracking Systems, and resume databases.
Ability to communicate effectively in scientific language.
Excellent relationship building and interview skills.
Strong presentation and communication abilities.
Negotiation skills.
