Key Responsibilities
Own the full lifecycle of programmatic campaigns — from strategy and setup to optimization, analysis, and reporting
Build, launch, and manage campaigns within
The Trade Desk (TTD)
platform
Analyze performance data and develop actionable insights to improve KPIs and campaign outcomes
Collaborate with internal teams on audience targeting, creative strategy, and pacing to ensure client goals are met
Manage budgets, bids, and pacing across multiple campaigns simultaneously
Stay current with platform updates, emerging technologies, and digital media trends
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of hands‑on experience
in programmatic media buying or trading
Strong working knowledge of
The Trade Desk
(TTD) — certification a plus
Solid understanding of DSPs, DMPs, pixels, data onboarding, and attribution
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and communicate results effectively
Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field
