Senior Associate, Wealth Management – IEQ Capital
Location: San Francisco, CA (team based in Foster City office as needed)

Compensation: $95,000 – $130,000 (base + bonus)
Responsibilities
Support Partners and their team with operational functions such as wire transfers, account creation and maintenance, client meeting preparation, and trade execution.
Interact with clients to support all aspects of their service needs.
Research client inquiries, manage follow‑up communications, and construct client performance and asset allocation reports.
Collaborate with team members to provide exceptional customer service and devise customized financial strategies for existing and prospective clients.
Participate in client meetings to discuss operational aspects and gradually take on more investment‑related responsibilities.
Qualifications
2+ years of relevant work experience in wealth or investment management.
Deep curiosity about financial markets.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to think critically, anticipate issues, and solve problems efficiently.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Relationship‑building skills both internally and externally.
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume, high‑pressure environment.
Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
“No task is too small” mindset.
Bachelor’s degree is required.
Career Path Expect to hold the Senior Associate position for 18‑24 months, with opportunities to take on increased responsibilities and advance to more senior roles based on performance and skill development.
