Base pay range $70.00/hr - $77.00/hr

Responsibilities

Drive product prioritization within a 0-6 month horizon, balancing short- and long-term initiatives while managing unforeseen challenges effectively.

Partner with design, engineering, and project management to deliver features that meet user needs.

Define user problems, epics, and themes; propose product solutions that align with business goals.

Own product roadmaps and iterative development cycles across multiple teams, ensuring clear requirements and timely delivery.

Manage and prioritize multiple initiatives, influencing peers through expertise and collaboration.

Translate business objectives into actionable development plans and follow through with execution.

Define and refine Objectives & Key Results (OKRs) with a focus on measurable impact.

Partner with engineering and architecture teams to align on resourcing and planning.

Lead day-to-day product planning and delivery, including agile ceremonies.

Communication & Documentation

Clearly and proactively communicate updates, progress, and roadblocks to stakeholders.

Align executives and cross-functional partners to the product roadmap and strategy.

Write product briefs, present new approaches, and gain buy-in from teams and stakeholders.

Create and maintain product documentation, ensuring visibility into strategy, status, and potential conflicts.

Build strong relationships across departments with excellent verbal and written communication, thriving in a global, multi-time-zone environment.

Qualifications

3-6 years of experience building and shipping consumer digital products at a media, social, creator, or commerce company.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical or quantitative field (CS, IS, Statistics, etc.) or equivalent experience.

Proven success launching consumer-facing products or features at scale with measurable results.

Experience with modern CMS workflows (e.g., headless/decoupled stacks) and editorial collaboration.

Proficiency in analytics and event tracking (GA4, Amplitude, Mixpanel), with the ability to interpret data and communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Solid understanding of experiment design and statistics (hypothesis testing, sample sizing, guardrails, causal inference).

Familiarity with recommendation systems or personalization technologies, including API integrations.

Experience managing experimentation plans across multiple teams, with strong documentation and stakeholder communication.
