Required Skill:
Analyze business and technical requirements to develop comprehensive test plans and test cases Perform manual testing of web, desktop, and mobile applications to identify defects and ensure quality Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as AccelQ and Selenium Conduct API testing using tools like Postman Execute regression, functional, integration, and system testing Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners to ensure proper test coverage Log and track defects using tools like JIRA Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives Provide detailed test reports and metrics to stakeholders Continuously improve testing processes and automation frameworks Strong experience in manual testing methodologies and techniques Hands-on experience with automation tools such as AccelQ, Selenium, and TestNG Proficiency in API testing and automation Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like Git and Jenkins Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile practices Excellent analytical and communication skills ISTQB or equivalent certification preferred
