A leading provider of clinical laboratory services is seeking a reliable and experienced

Phlebotomist

to support on-site laboratory operations at a women's health clinic in Mansfield, Ohio. This position offers the opportunity to work independently in a patient-focused environment while performing essential specimen collection duties that directly support quality diagnostic testing.

Key Responsibilities

Perform venipuncture and specimen collection for patients of all ages using proper safety and identification protocols. Accurately label, record, and enter specimen information into the computer system. Prepare samples for courier pickup and ensure proper packaging and transport procedures. Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work area, including equipment sterilization and supply management. Provide excellent patient service with professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail. Support daily operational flow by logging procedures, tracking specimen data, and ensuring accuracy in all documentation. Qualifications

Required:

High school diploma or equivalent Hands-on phlebotomy experience and ability to work independently Comfortable working with patients across all age groups Basic computer and data entry skills Strong communication and organizational abilities Preferred:
