Job Title: Maintenance Technician - 2nd / 3rd Shift
Job Description
We are seeking dedicated 2nd and 3rd shift Maintenance Technicians who are responsible for preventative and reactive troubleshooting and repairs on a variety of equipment including foam injection machines, large boilers, presses, motors, breakers, fuses, hydraulics, pneumatics, steam-operated circuits, wrappers, expanders, water pumps, welding equipment, and plasma cutters. The equipment ranges from 5v DC to 480v 3-phase AC. Candidates must be comfortable with Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), reading schematics, utilizing voltmeters for electrical troubleshooting, and working with PLCs, VFDs, and ladder logic. Experience in welding and fabrication is advantageous.
Responsibilities
Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on foam injection machines, boilers, presses, motors, breakers, and other equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems using voltmeters, schematics, and LOTO procedures.
Diagnose and fix PLCs, VFDs, and follow ladder logic for troubleshooting.
Conduct mechanical troubleshooting, including hydraulics, pneumatics, motor repair, and pump maintenance.
Perform welding and fabrication as necessary.
Ensure safe and efficient operation of all equipment.
Essential Skills
5+ years of experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician.
5+ years of mechanical troubleshooting skills, including hydraulics, pneumatics, motor repair, and pumps.
4+ years of electrical troubleshooting experience with 480v 3-phase systems.
3+ years of PLC troubleshooting experience, including VFDs and ladder logic.
Ability to stand, stoop, bend, crawl, climb, and balance.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Welding and fabrication experience.
PLC programming experience.
Good job tenure of 2+ years.
