Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated 1st shift Maintenance Technician who will be responsible for troubleshooting both newer and older equipment. In this role, you will handle preventive maintenance, reactive troubleshooting, and repairs, complete work orders, communicate effectively with operators, and participate in various projects as needed. Essential tasks include Lockout-Tagout (LOTO), utilizing blueprints and schematics, and working with a variety of machinery and equipment including multimeters, CNC machinery, Fanuc drive modules, routers, welders, hydraulics, pneumatics, hoists, scaffolds, and forklifts. A strong safety mindset is crucial for success in this position.
Responsibilities
Perform preventive maintenance and reactive troubleshooting on equipment.
Complete work orders and build relationships with operators.
Participate in various projects as needed.
Utilize blueprints and schematics to troubleshoot equipment.
Operate and maintain CNC machinery, Fanuc drive modules, and other equipment.
Ensure safety protocols such as LOTO are strictly followed.
Essential Skills
3-5+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
Proficiency in mechanical troubleshooting including hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, and bearings.
Electrical experience up to 480v 3-phase, including LOTO, voltmeter, and schematics.
Experience with electronics such as AC/DC and drive modules.
Valid Driver's License.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience working on CNC machines.
Proficiency in PLC troubleshooting with RS Logix 5000 and/or Siemens.
Experience with CNC equipment and Fanuc controls.
Custom welding and fabrication skills.
Experience with troubleshooting and repairing motorized platforms, hoists, and scaffolds.

Work Environment
This role is based in an RV factory with multiple plants. You will focus on specific tasks within your designated area. The work schedule is a 1st shift from 4 a.m. to 12 p.m., Monday through Friday, with an average of 5-10 hours of overtime per week.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $49920.00 - $56160.00/yr.
