Manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, changes, and offboarding across multiple states Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with employment laws in various jurisdictions Provide HR support and guidance to employees and managers on policies and processes Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred 3+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a multi-state organization Broad knowledge of HR compliance, payroll processes, and employee relations Proficiency with HRIS systems, with experience in Rippling, ADP, or similar preferred
