Primary Responsibilities:
Collaborate with a diverse group of colleagues in Finance and across the Firm to support business and financial initiatives.
Lead aspects of individual and team deliverables, leveraging in-depth knowledge of Finance functions, products, and/or client segments.
Adhere to the Firm’s risk and regulatory standards, policies, and controls; proactively identify opportunities to reduce risk in daily work.
Serve as a culture carrier by embodying the Firm’s values and holding yourself and others accountable to high performance standards.
Produce, maintain, and automate detailed analyses on key financial metrics relevant to Wealth Management (WM) and Firm initiatives.
Contribute to reporting and budgeting processes for publicly reported metrics such as Consulting Group Flows.
Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Business Management, Product, Accounting, Banking, Strategy, Data, and offshore partners to gain business insights.
Execute enhanced analyses through collaboration to drive transparency, evaluate business performance, and support strategic decision-making.
Perform additional ad-hoc analyses and recurring reporting as required to support Finance leadership.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
2–3 years of relevant business experience, ideally in finance or accounting.
Formal accounting and/or auditing experience strongly preferred.
Advanced Excel skills (including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and data automation).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail.
Effective verbal and written communication skills; strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proven ability to work independently to deliver accurate results under tight deadlines.
Capable of prioritizing conflicting demands while maintaining clear communication on deliverables.
Ability to communicate effectively and persuasively with senior management and other internal stakeholders.
