The Analyst, Corporate Finance will support a variety of functions that are central to the Company’s financial strategy and execution. This includes active involvement in capital markets transactions, budgeting and forecasting, credit monitoring, and investor relations. The role requires strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail, and the ability to synthesize complex financial data into actionable insights for senior leadership. The position will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer and work closely with the Corporate Finance team as well as senior leadership and other departments.
What you will do
Assist in the Company’s execution of common equity issuances and debt offerings Prepare debt covenant compliance calculations and rating agency reporting Maintain portfolio analytics and forecasting reports used by senior management Update investor relations materials and analyses, including the Company’s investor presentation Prepare quarterly earnings materials, including tracking peer data and benchmarking Perform credit analyses and monitor credit activity for both existing and potential tenants Conduct financial modeling and valuation analyses for acquisitions, dispositions, and capital projects Prepare materials for meetings of the Board of Directors (“Board”) and other committees of the Board Support the Company’s ESG program, working with the third‑party consultant to execute on the Company’s initiatives Who you are
2‑4 years of relevant experience Prior corporate finance, REIT, or investment banking experience preferred Excellent attention to detail while maintaining focus on high‑level strategic objectives Strong analytical and computer skills, with an emphasis on Microsoft Office Exceptional communication, organizational and project management skills Flexible and able to work both independently and as part of a team Passion for growth and learning, and a willingness to take on more responsibility over time Strong interpersonal skills necessary to interact with senior leadership and external stakeholders Ability to multi‑task various projects and meet firm deadlines in a fast‑paced environment, including prioritizing and time‑managing recurring duties and ad‑hoc tasks as they arise Why Agree Realty?
