Overview As a copywriter, you will craft compelling written content—headlines, taglines, scripts—partnering with an art director to develop cohesive, persuasive campaigns that align with brand strategy and effectively communicate the intended message to engage the target audience. This is a hybrid role, requiring three days in-office each week.
Responsibilities
Write clear, engaging, persuasive copy for digital, print, TV, radio, social media, etc.
Collaborate closely with art directors to execute integrated advertising campaigns.
Develop headlines, taglines, scripts, and body copy that match brand voice and campaign goals.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute original ideas.
Adapt tone and messaging to suit different audiences and platforms.
Revise and refine copy based on internal and client feedback.
Stay informed on industry trends, consumer insights, and competitor messaging.
Ensure all copy is accurate, on-brand, and delivered on deadline.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client products and services.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in advertising, marketing, communications, journalism, English, or related field.
1–2 years writing for an advertising or marketing agency.
Strong writing and editing skills with a portfolio showcasing creative persuasive work.
Understanding of branding, marketing strategy, and consumer behavior.
Effective collaboration with art directors, strategists, and clients.
Experience with digital, print, video, and social media formats.
Time management and adaptability to meet tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
Creative thinking and problem‑solving skills.
Proficiency with creative tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma) a plus.
General awareness of the digital landscape, including online campaigns, mobile experiences, and social media.
Enthusiasm, big ideas, and attention to detail.

Additional Information Compensation Range: $73k – $83k annually. Application deadline: 12/19/25.
