Overview As an Art Director, you will lead visual content—look/feel, lockups, storyboards—partnering with a copywriter to develop cohesive, persuasive campaigns that align with brand strategy and communicate the intended message. This hybrid role requires three days in-office each week.

Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with copywriters to develop compelling, on‑brand creative concepts across all stages of the funnel.

Lead visual execution across integrated channels including print, digital, social, and broadcast media.

Concept and execute high‑level brand campaigns and product‑specific initiatives, especially in CRM and social.

Present creative ideas and campaign concepts to internal teams and stakeholders.

Ensure all visual elements align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining creative excellence.

Stay current on design trends, advertising techniques, and industry best practices.

Provide feedback and mentorship to junior creatives within the team.

Bring a strong aesthetic sensibility to UX/UI design, ensuring digital experiences are both functional and beautiful.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Advertising, Visual Communications, or related field.

3‑5 years of experience in art direction or design, preferably in an agency or fast‑paced creative environment.

Strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking and high‑quality design across social, digital (including CRM), and broadcast.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other relevant tools.

Experience working with cross‑functional teams including strategists, creators, and copywriters.

Understanding of branding, marketing, and advertising principles.

Knowledge of regulated industries (e.g., insurance, banking, telco) is a plus, but not required.

Attention to detail and a love of craft.

Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

General awareness of the digital landscape, including online campaigns, mobile experiences, and social media platforms.

Enthusiasm, big ideas, and a collaborative spirit.

Compensation Compensation Range: $70,300 – $79,100 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. The application deadline for this job posting will be 1/15/2026.
