Key Responsibilities
Advise clients on trademark clearance, prosecution, and enforcement
Draft and respond to cease and desist letters and TTAB pleadings
Handle litigation and disputes involving trademark infringement, unfair competition, and false advertising
Manage global trademark portfolios and coordinate with foreign counsel
Provide counseling on marketing, endorsements, and FTC/NAD compliance
Ideal Candidate
3–6 years of experience in trademark law at a national or boutique firm
Experience with TTAB proceedings, domain name disputes, and global brand strategy
Strong written and oral communication skills
