non-partnership track position
representing high-profile clients in complex disputes and counseling matters. The role offers significant client contact, diverse casework, and a collaborative environment within a flexible hybrid model.
Candidate Profile
JD
from a
top-tier law school
with an
excellent academic record .
Active Bar Admission
in
California , in good standing.
2–5 years
of substantive experience with
advertising
and
promotions litigation ,
NAD disputes ,
marketing law compliance , and
counseling .
Experience conducting
advertising review
and
claims substantiation .
Demonstrated
false advertising litigation
experience, including handling disputes before
NAD
and other
regulatory agencies .
Strong
trial experience
and comfort with
fast-paced ,
high-volume practices .
Soft Skills: Exceptional writing, analytical, and strategic thinking abilities; client-first mindset; excellent communication and organizational skills; and the ability to work collaboratively and independently.
Key Responsibilities
Represent clients in complex
advertising and promotions litigation , including
trial -level work and
disputes before NAD .
Provide counseling on
strategy ,
enforcement ,
risk management , and
marketing law compliance .
Assist in
investigating ,
prosecuting , and
defending against
advertising, marketing, and unfair competition claims.
Draft and argue
motions , prepare
discovery responses , and manage
trial preparation .
Collaborate with internal teams and external experts to develop case strategies and ensure seamless representation.
