Role Description We are seeking a
Art Director
to lead the visual and creative direction of the ELIXIR MD™ brand. This role combines hands‑on design expertise with creative leadership, ensuring that every visual representation of the brand—digital, print, and physical—maintains a refined, consistent, and luxurious identity.
Collaboration, attention to detail, and immersive brand engagement are essential to success in this role.
Creative Direction & Brand Identity
Define and maintain ELIXIR MD™’s visual identity, ensuring consistent brand expression across all channels.
Develop and execute creative strategies that elevate brand perception and align with business goals.
Create and oversee visual storytelling that reflects the company’s ethos of clinical precision and refined luxury.
Continuously evolve the brand’s look and feel while safeguarding design consistency.
Oversee concept development for marketing campaigns, seasonal launches, and signature collections or events.
Design & Production
Design marketing and promotional materials for digital and print, including social media graphics, web assets, digital ads, brochures, packaging, event signage, and presentation decks.
Lead concept creation and art direction for photoshoots, video campaigns, and brand imagery — from pre‑production to final editing.
Manage all aspects of visual design production: layout, typography, color, and composition.
Collaborate with internal departments to translate clinical and product information into elegant, consumer‑facing visuals.
Supervise and refine design output to ensure pixel‑perfect execution across formats.
Digital & Social Media Branding
Develop cohesive design systems for digital platforms, including website, email marketing, and paid media.
Partner with marketing and social media teams to ensure visuals align with content strategy and engagement goals.
Oversee creation of digital assets optimized for brand storytelling — including animations, reels, and campaign templates.
Maintain a high standard of design for all online brand touchpoints, ensuring luxury appeal and compliance with aesthetic medical advertising regulations.
Lead and mentor in‑house and freelance designers, photographers, and creative partners.
Conduct regular creative reviews and ensure quality control across all design outputs.
Collaborate closely with executive, marketing, and operations teams to align creative initiatives with brand objectives.
Manage external vendors such as printers, photographers, videographers, and production houses to ensure deliverables meet ELIXIR MD™ standards.
Present design concepts and creative rationale to leadership and stakeholders.
Physical Brand Experiences
Direct creative development of in‑clinic and environmental visuals, including wall art, signage, displays, and patient experience materials.
Ensure the physical environment reflects the same brand excellence as digital and print media.
Support event design, from branded activations to launch parties and photo zones, creating immersive brand experiences.
Brand Stewardship
Maintain a digital asset management system for all creative materials, ensuring accessibility and version control.
Establish and update comprehensive brand guidelines covering typography, color palettes, photography, and tone.
Audit all creative touchpoints regularly to ensure adherence to brand standards and messaging consistency.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Fine Arts, Visual Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in art direction, preferably in the luxury, beauty, medical aesthetics, or wellness industries.
Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom, After Effects a plus).
Strong conceptual thinker with a sophisticated design sensibility and understanding of premium brand positioning.
Excellent sense of typography, layout, and color theory.
Experience directing and producing high‑end photography and video content.
Exceptional organizational and project management skills, able to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
Must thrive in a highly collaborative, onsite work environment.
