Develop visual systems, templates, and design guidelines that uphold consistency across marketing, digital communications, and guest experiences.
Art‑direct photo and video shoots, including concept development, casting, and on‑site creative oversight to capture the brand’s essence.
Collaborate closely with internal partners in Marketing, Digital, and Brand Experience to deliver high‑quality creative solutions that meet business goals.
Manage and mentor designers and production artists, reviewing work for craft, brand alignment, and creative excellence.
Serve as a brand steward—ensuring all visual expressions meet the elevated standards expected of a global luxury brand.
Partner with external creative agencies, photographers, illustrators, and production vendors as needed, maintaining quality and consistency across deliverables.
Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, managing timelines, feedback, and deliverables with precision and professionalism.
Present creative concepts and design work to internal stakeholders, clearly articulating the rationale and maintaining brand integrity.
