Expanding eCommerce division within a thriving and innovative organization Collaborative work environment housed in a brand-new office facility Engaging initiatives aimed at fostering customer growth and reactivation Customer Service Representative Role:

The Customer Service Representative will be instrumental in nurturing and enhancing customer relationships by providing exceptional service and proactive communication. In addition to managing inbound calls, emails, and chats, this role will focus on a specialized project to reconnect with former customers, introduce new offerings, and drive repeat business.

Reconnect with dormant customers to understand their needs and reintroduce products Communicate updates on new and existing products, promotional campaigns, and discount opportunities Thoroughly document all customer interactions and follow-up actions Assist with additional customer service projects as delegated Customer Service Representative Profile:

High School Diploma or equivalent qualification required Minimum of 2 years of prior customer service experience, with eCommerce or retail background preferred Proficient in data entry and computer operation Outstanding telephone etiquette and strong communication skills Positive demeanor and ability to excel in a collaborative team setting Exceptional multitasking capabilities and adept at problem-solving Enthusiastic and energetic about engaging customers and fostering loyalty Features and Benefits while On Contract:
