Responsibilities Under minimal supervision, interface with program managers, functional management and cost account managers (CAMs) to provide financial and administrative support and analysis to meet program requirements. Apply Earned Value Management concepts to multiple contracts for control accounts within an engineering Integrated Product Team (IPT). Lead and train other analysts for full level 1 Earned Value contracts.
EVM Tasks Include
Establishment of Work Breakdown Structure for execution of budgeted cost of work scheduled
Assessment and maintenance of objective performance criteria – developing, maintaining, analyzing and justification of estimates to complete
Support of internal and external reporting requirements for variance analysis and budgeting baseline
Maintenance of a solid and accurate cost and schedule integration with business partners and program teams
Analysis of funding, cost risk analysis/assessment and visibility reports – preparation of government cost performance reports and preparation and/or review of performance measurement variance analysis
Additional responsibilities include analysis & preparation of reports to ensure contracts are within negotiated and agreed-upon parameters and government cost control guidelines, supporting monthly and quarterly financial forecasting, preparing and coordinating forecasting and reporting processes, and supporting booking rate files and profitability updates. Good leadership skills and the ability to lead a smaller team are essential.
Qualifications Basic Qualifications Level 3 Master’s degree with 3 years experience or a bachelor’s degree with 5 years of experience in business, finance, accounting, program control or related fields. Experience with Microsoft Office suite including Excel and PowerPoint. Experience supporting a monthly financial forecasting rhythm. Experience with EAC development and analysis. Experience with MPM and/or Cobra. Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM). Active DoD Secret clearance and Special Program Access required to start.

Experience with Microsoft Office suite including Excel and PowerPoint. Experience supporting a monthly financial forecasting rhythm. Experience with EAC development and analysis. Experience with MPM and/or Cobra. Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM). Active DoD Secret clearance and Special Program Access required to start.
Preferred Qualifications Experience developing CDRLs (IPMR/IPMDAR/CPR/CFSR/CSDR).

Primary Level Salary Range: $78,700.00 – $147,100.00 Secondary Level Salary Range: $91,200.00 – $170,300.00
