The program also lets students explore elective courses that help them concentrate their knowledge in areas including nutrition, public and population health, and health management and policy. The successful candidate must have appropriate authorization to work in the U.S. before employment begins. Any employment with the University of Kansas is contingent upon satisfactory completion of a background check. Appointments are one semester, renewable and subject to review, funding and adequate student enrollment. Learn more about the Health Sciences program at https://edwardscampus.ku.edu/healthsciences.
