CRM Business Systems Analyst (Microsoft Dynamics 365 / D365 CE / Power Platform)
Location: Birmingham, AL
About the Role We’re seeking a CRM Business Systems Analyst with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and/or Microsoft Power Platform to enhance and support our client's customer relationship management capabilities. This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, curious, and driven - someone who loves understanding the “why” behind business needs and translating them into smart, scalable technology solutions.
What You’ll Do
Act as the SME for the CRM ecosystem, ensuring the platform is optimized across technical configurations, business requirements, user experience needs, and ongoing enhancements and upgrades.
Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team for CRM enhancements and initiatives.
Analyze business processes and identify opportunities to improve customer engagement, sales performance, and operational efficiency.
Configure and customize D365 CE and/or Power Platform components (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power FX, Power BI, Power Pages, etc.).
Gather, document, and validate detailed business and functional requirements.
Support CRM data management, data integrity, reporting, and dashboards.
Drive user adoption through training, communication, and ongoing support.
Troubleshoot issues, support releases, and ensure system performance and stability.
Recommend creative solutions and best practices to maximize ROI on CRM investments.
What We’re Looking For
Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Cloud or Microsoft Power Platform.
Strong business analysis skills and ability to map requirements to system capabilities.
A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills and a “no ego” mindset.
Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a fast‑paced environment.
A natural problem solver who thinks outside the box and brings ideas to the table.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with customer‑facing, sales, or service processes.
Knowledge of CRM governance, integrations, and data flows.
Familiarity with Agile delivery frameworks.
Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or Power Platform.
