Base pay range $24.00/hr - $25.00/hr
Responsibilities Kforce has a client in North Kingstown, RI that is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist. Responsibilities:
Deposit and enter checks accurately and timely
Input checks and related data into accounting software
Manage approximately 300 active accounts
Monitor accounts receivable and contact customers who have missed invoice payments (beginning at 30 days past due)
Research and address customer invoice inquiries, including invoice size and payment details
Input vouchers and support Accounts Payable (AP) processing
Serve as a shipping backup when the operations team is out
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
Remain flexible and willing to assist across departments as needed
Requirements
1+ years of AR experience

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
