Graphic Designer & Content Creator
Reports To Marketing Director

Purpose Responsible for the development and creation of Petitti Family Farms’ catalog, print and digital ads, tradeshow graphics, video creation and editing along with social media content in alignment with marketing strategy. The Graphic Designer/Content Creator is primarily responsible for digital/print advertising creative, social media content and marketing collateral design. This role performs both independently and collaboratively within the marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
Design and edit Petitti Family Farms bareroot catalog
Design all print and digital ads for industry publications
Design tradeshow graphics and marketing collateral
Produce, edit and deploy video marketing and advertising
Layout and design weekly customer eblast using MailChimp
Create, proof, edit and schedule social media content across multiple channels in collaboration with the marketing director
Use analytics to measure social media campaigns performance, optimize strategies and report results monthly, quarterly and annually
Maintain and build the marketing team’s photography and content assets library with application for seasonal marketing, advertising and tradeshows.
Participate in the marketing team’s day-to-day aspects of website content creation and management using WordPress.
Facilitate and evolve the corporate logo and related brand guidelines.
Ensure cohesive design exists across branded advertising, marketing, and signage.
Maintain an innovative stance by monitoring the visual presence of peers/competitors and continuously refreshing working knowledge of emerging trends/technologies as it relates to marketing design.
Collaborate positively, and productively, with internal customers, external partners, and vendors/suppliers.
Assist with annual company meetings, events and tradeshows as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design for Sales, Marketing & Advertising, Visual Arts/Media, or a related field, and a minimum 2-5 years of relevant professional experience.
Portfolio that demonstrates applicable design skills with creative, conceptual thinking.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Premier Pro), CapCut, Canva and/or relevant programs.
Experience working in website content management systems.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and associated copywriting.
Creative eye for using photography and video to tell stories across digital platforms.
Demonstrated expertise in drone piloting and videography.
Ability to plan content strategically, organize and manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Excellent methods for ensuring personal organization and consistent follow-through.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both written and verbal form.
Ability to work autonomously and independently, as well as collaboratively, on multiple projects with moving parts.
Ability to adapt to the fast-paced environment and be flexible and open to new ideas and quick changes.
