About The Role We’re on the hunt for a Commercial Sales Manager who’s equal parts strategic leader, loan expert, and people-first motivator. In this role, you won’t just guide the team—you’ll grow it. You’ll shape the commercial lending strategy, mentor Business Officers, and personally contribute to loan production like a pro. This isn’t just a management role. It’s a high-impact, roll‑up‑your‑sleeves position where you’ll lead by example, drive growth, tackle tough loans, and ensure our commercial lending department runs like a well‑oiled, well‑funded machine.
Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Commercial Business Officers
Own and execute the commercial department’s business development strategy
Originate new commercial loans—because you’re not just managing, you’re producing
Identify and manage problem loans while minimizing delinquency risk
Oversee key projects and help bring new initiatives to life
Cultivate strong relationships with vendors, partners, and clients
Be a champion of efficiency, growth, and exceptional service
Qualifications
Proven success in commercial lending and team leadership
A strategic mind with the heart of a coach and the hustle of a top producer
Experience handling problem loans and developing smart mitigation strategies
Strong project management skills—you keep things moving and people aligned
A knack for building and nurturing valuable vendor and community relationships
Clear, confident communication and the ability to lead from the front
