About the Role Seeking a

Construction Estimator

who’s eager to grow, learn, and make an impact within a collaborative and forward‑thinking construction team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys the challenge of complex projects, and values mentorship and professional development.

You’ll work closely with senior leadership, project managers, and preconstruction teams to prepare accurate, detailed estimates and proposals across a diverse range of projects — including

[insert project types: commercial, multifamily, tenant improvement, ground‑up, etc. ].

Key Responsibilities

Analyze drawings, specifications, and project documents to prepare detailed quantity take‑offs and cost estimates.

Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and clients to ensure accuracy and alignment on scope and pricing.

Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier bids to ensure competitive and complete pricing.

Assist in developing budgets, bid proposals, and value engineering recommendations.

Participate in preconstruction meetings and contribute to project planning and scheduling.

Maintain current knowledge of market pricing, materials, and subcontractor availability.

Qualifications

2–5 years of experience in construction estimating, preconstruction, or a related field.

Strong understanding of construction means, methods, and cost structures.

Proficiency in estimating software (such as Bluebeam, OST, or Procore Estimating).

Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.

A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
