Base pay range $205,000.00/yr - $240,000.00/yr

National midsize firm based in Los Angeles is seeking an Associate for their Labor & Employment Group to focus on all aspects of labor and employment litigation matters. Qualified candidates will have 2-4 years of experience handling matters related to wage and hour claims, discrimination, wrongful termination and restrictive covenant matters. This role will work closely with the head of the practice and the firm's managing partner. This is a very busy group serving clients both in California and across the country.

Requirements

2-4 years of management-side employment litigation experience from a recognized firm or boutique

Active CA bar admission

Billable hour requirement: 1900 hours/year

Schedule: Hybrid

Salary: $205-240K, commensurate with experience plus bonus and full benefits
