Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role for an In‑House Real Estate Broker located in Bellevue, WA. The Real Estate Broker will manage property listings, facilitate property transactions, and maintain client relationships. Responsibilities include advising clients, conducting property showings, negotiating deals, and staying informed on local real‑estate trends. This role emphasizes delivering outstanding customer service and maximizing sales performance while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

Expertise in Brokerage, Real Estate, and Real Property

Strong Customer Service and Sales skills

Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships

Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities

Familiarity with Bellevue real‑estate market is a plus

Fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese is a plus, given our global investment partnerships.
