Outside Sales Representative

Compensation Base pay range: $50,000 – $70,000 per year. Potential first‑year earnings: $75,000–$90,000+ (base salary + uncapped commissions), with top reps earning $120,000–$150,000+.

Overview We have a unique B2B outside Sales opportunity in your area with a growing facilities services company that provides first‑in‑class service. The company is in full growth mode with plenty of opportunities for advancement and career progression. The role is a Territory Manager focused on net new business and account management with monthly residual commission.

Responsibilities

Identify leads, manage prospects and acquire new business

Effectively demonstrate product line

Meet established goals for territory development and sales quotas

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field

2+ years of cold‑calling sales experience with a strong track record of success

Experience in developing and executing territory sales strategies

Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills

Self‑motivated and able to work independently to meet or exceed goals
