Sales Manager Growth Segments (Benelux) – Quectel
Quectel Wireless Solutions is a global IoT technology developer and cellular module supplier of 5G, LTE, LTE-A, LPWA, Smart Module, C-V2X, GSM/GPRS, UMTS/HSPA(+) and GNSS modules. Due to business expansion in the EMEA region, Quectel is looking for motivated and proactive candidates to join our team.
Responsibilities
Develop revenue for Non cellular business units of Quectel – WIFI, Lora, Bluetooth, Satellite, GNSS and services
Define target list of accounts and opportunities to follow up directly or together with distributors
Increase the number of opportunities visiting exhibitions, using available market maps, reaching the inside sales leads and web shop sales
Check and update Salesforce database
Work closely with RSM and PM to define next steps, forecast and budget
Work autonomously, be curious, understand the market and technologies
Job requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of sales experience in wireless technologies (Wi‑Fi, LoRa, Bluetooth, Satellite, GNSS) or related IoT/telecom sectors.
Proven track record of business development and revenue growth in a technical B2B sales environment.
Strong knowledge of sales processes, forecasting, and CRM tools (preferably Salesforce).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills with customers, partners, and distributors.
Ability to work autonomously, demonstrate curiosity, and quickly understand new markets and technologies.
Willingness to travel internationally for exhibitions, customer meetings, and business development activities.
