Executive Assistant The Don Chapin Company, Inc. is a recognized leader in the construction industry, known for its quality, integrity, and commitment to the local community.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to senior leadership.
Manage calendars, correspondence, and daily priorities with precision and confidentiality.
Prepare, edit, and format documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe.
Support accounting and administrative functions, including data entry and reconciliations in QuickBooks.
Coordinate travel, meetings, and special projects across departments.
Exercise discretion and sound judgment in managing confidential matters.
Perform occasional personal or executive‑related tasks as needed to support workflow and efficiency.
Qualifications
Strong digital literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and professionalism.
Proficient math skills and basic accounting knowledge; QuickBooks experience preferred.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational ability.
Demonstrated integrity, discretion, and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in an executive or administrative support role preferred.
Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay range of
$24.00–$35.00 per hour , based on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
