Logistics Clerk (3rd Shift)
Position: Logistics Clerk (3rd Shift) at Stefanini North America and APAC Chicago, IL. Work Location: 7300 South Kedzie Ave., Chicago, IL 60629 (onsite). Shift: 3rd Shift, 11:00?a.m. 7:00?a.m.; shift rotates may work 1st/2nd shifts, weekends, 812?hrs/day with possible overtime. Must be flexible to any shift. Responsibilities Execute warehouse operations in service, cost, safety, quality, food defense, sustainability, and legal compliance. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and third?party logistics vendors to ensure timely solutions and execution. Manage inventory (iDoc, stock reconciliation), interface monitoring, track & trace, claims, invoice management, HSE compliance, quality, risk management, tenders support, and pallet management. Review and analyze stock inaccuracies, guaranteeing alignment between SAP and the warehouse management system. Monitor inbound, outbound, co?packing, warehousing, and distribution activities to improve shelf?life, reduce write?offs, and enhance productivity. Lead continuous?improvement projects, tenders, and peak?management initiatives. Maintain accurate records of shipments and driver appointments, and communicate with carriers, brokers, and internal departments. Support warehouse operators on shift, operate a telehandler, and perform general clerical duties.
Requirements
High School Diploma (minimum). 35 years of logistics, procurement, or supply?chain experience. Proficiency in SAP EWM. Strong Microsoft Excel skills. Flexibility to work any shift. Team?oriented mindset and analytical thinking.
