In this vital leadership position, you will shape our annual budgeting process and define multi-year financial strategies while delivering insightful financial analysis to guide our executive team in making informed decisions. Your partnership with the Development team will enhance our grants management, ensuring adherence to financial regulations and effective management of our investment portfolio. To succeed in this role, candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree or CPA being an advantage. We require at least 8-10 years of senior-level experience in finance and operations, preferably in the nonprofit sector. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in nonprofit financial management, fund accounting, regulatory compliance, revenue analysis, cost containment, and cross-functional team collaboration.
