We’re seeking an experienced
Field Superintendent / Job Site Superintendent
to join a premier luxury homebuilder in Aventura, FL. Our projects include
$1M–$10M custom homes and high-end remodels
across Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties. Responsibilities Oversee daily on-site construction for new builds and renovations Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and inspections Maintain site safety, quality control, and schedule compliance Communicate progress, issues, and updates to management Lead punch-out and final completion Requirements 3–7 years’ experience as a Field Superintendent, Job Site Superintendent, or Lead Foreman Proven success in
