What You Will Do
Provide compassionate, trauma-informed nursing care that preserves dignity, autonomy, and rights
Complete nursing assessments using biophysical, psychosocial, and spiritual dimensions
Develop and implement individualized care plans; evaluate responses and track progress
Educate individuals and families, including those with co-occurring conditions, to support positive outcomes
Monitor/oversee psychiatric and medical self-administration processes; administer detox/ MAT medications per protocol and orders
Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team and maintain accurate, timely documentation
About the Program
BHN's OTP is a Medication-Assisted Treatment program that helps individuals experiencing opioid use disorder build and sustain recovery. Using evidence-based protocols approved by our Medical Director, the team provides ongoing assessment and re-assessment to ensure safe, person-centered care.

Who You Are
Current Massachusetts
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
(required)
Nursing Diploma/Associate's or Bachelor's in Nursing (preferred)
1 year of nursing experience (preferred), ideally with substance use and/or behavioral health
Knowledge of quality assurance and CARF standards; strong ethics and understanding of legal parameters in SUD care
Team collaborator with leadership ability; skilled in applying the nursing process and delegating appropriately
Culturally responsive; able to support individuals with co-occurring disorders
Able to cover the
Greenfield
location as needed
Schedule
Full-time, 30-36 hours/week
Mon-Fri:
approximately
5:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m.
Some weekends:
Sat
6:30-11:30 a.m.
and Sun
6:30-10:30 a.m.
as needed
