What You Will Do as a Recovery Specialist
Provide high-quality care to women in recovery
Monitor medications and conduct hourly safety checks on individuals served
Complete shift reports and required documentation accurately and on time
Support a recovery-focused environment by providing structure, safety, and empathy
Work a
32-hour/week full-time schedule, Friday-Monday, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
What We're Looking For
High School Diploma or GED (required)
Strong compassion and understanding for individuals in recovery
Basic computer skills for email and accurate documentation
Ability to build supportive, empathetic relationships with individuals served
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for occasional transportation (required)
