What You'll Do

As a

Certified Medical Assistant

at BHN you will provide direct care and daily support to individuals in treatment for substance use disorders. Responsibilities include:

Take vital signs Assist with intake assessments and medical histories Monitor patients for withdrawal symptoms or changes in condition Update medical records and patient charts Encourage a safe, supportive and therapeutic environment Who You Are

High School Diploma or GED (required).

Completion of a Certified Medical Assistant course or equivalent (required).

Prior experience in a hospital, behavioral health, or recovery setting (preferred).

Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

Compassionate, dependable, and committed to supporting individuals in recovery.
