Levy Restaurants - Who We Are Job Summary The Suite Runner delivers food and beverages from the kitchen to guests in-suite. The role requires understanding menu content, timely delivery, adherence to food safety and sanitation standards, and assisting with setup and breakdown of areas. Key Responsibilities: Ensure proper delivery and storage of all food and beverages. Pick up food from the kitchen and deliver to guests in-seat. Be knowledgeable about all menu offerings. Follow setup and breakdown procedures efficiently. Complete event setup and breakdown within designated timelines. Perform post-event inventory and restocking. Understand and complete all event paperwork and reports. Consistently exceed guest expectations. Maintain appearance standards of the location. Act professionally with a sense of urgency. Keep prep and service areas clean and organized. Follow safety and sanitation practices. Adhere to responsible alcohol service policies. Maintain and understand the use of equipment. Assist fellow employees as needed. Essential Job Duties: Stand for long periods and engage physically with guests. Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. React quickly and alertly in emergencies. Demonstrate stamina and agility for mobility throughout the day. Lift/move materials and equipment up to 50 pounds. Move easily between sitting and standing.
