http://www.levyrestaurants.com/who-we-are/ Job Summary The Premium Supervisor is responsible for directing guest interactions, overseeing staff at shift start, reviewing event details with directors, understanding menu content, ensuring timely food delivery, and strict adherence to food safety guidelines. The supervisor manages setup and breakdown of events. Key Responsibilities: Meet with directors before events to review details. Supervise staff during check-ins and breakdowns. Ensure proper display and maintenance of food and beverages. Be knowledgeable about all menu offerings. Establish rapport with guests and utilize upselling techniques. Assist guests with seating arrangements. Complete all setup and breakdown responsibilities within timelines. Perform post-event inventory and restocking. Create, modify, and close sales checks in the POS system. Understand all event paperwork and reports. Maintain location appearance and service areas. Follow safety and sanitation practices. Follow responsible alcohol service policies. Essential Duties: Stand for long periods and engage physically with guests. React quickly in emergency situations. Lift/move materials up to 50 pounds.
